Apple-Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large apples
    5 carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Peel and grate carrots.
    Cut apples into small chunks. Combine last three ingredients and add to apples, carrots, raisins and nuts.
    Mix and serve.
