Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 stick butter
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute one medium onion and raw cabbage in pan with butter. Cook 15 minutes.
Add one ripe tomato, cook 5 minutes and serve.
