Harvey Wallbanger Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines orange cake mix
    1/2 c. oil (Crisco or other)
    1 (3 3/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. vodka
    1/4 c. Galliano (I use Neapolitan liqueur)
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat for 4 minutes, scraping bowl often.
    Pour batter in a greased and floured Bundt pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
    Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes; turn onto a cooling rack.
    Frost with a thin white icing.
    Grated orange rind could be added to the icing for added flavor.
    Can also be baked in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
