Easy Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
5 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
butter
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water.
Sift flour and salt into bowl.
Cut in shortening until crumbly.
Stir in yeast mixture until flour is moistened.
Chill, tightly covered, overnight.
Knead on floured surface for 5 minutes; shape as desired.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Brush with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield:
2 dozen.
