Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Cut potatoes into wedges.
Combine all ingredients, except parsley flakes.
Add potato wedges, tossing to coat.
Microwave at High for 8 minutes or until tender.
If using conventional oven, bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
