Italian Cheese Bread(Makes 2 Round Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 pt. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 packets yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. Italian grated cheese
    enough flour to make a soft dough
Preparation
    In small saucepan, heat the milk, hot enough not to burn your little finger when you test it.
    Add the sugar; stir.
    Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
    Make sure yeast is dissolved; set aside. In large bowl, beat the eggs.
    Add melted butter, cheese and salt; beat well again.
    Add the milk mixture; stir well.
    Start adding the flour, 1 cup at a time, until it starts to form into a ball. Turn out onto floured board.
    Add enough flour to make a nice soft dough.
    Knead for about 10 minutes.
    Divide dough in half to form 2 round loaves.
    Let rise, covered, in warm place until double in size.
