Pasta Mexicana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 onions, coarsely chopped
1 (28 oz.) can Del Monte Mexican style tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can chili with black beans
5 Serrano chilies (optional)
toasted slivered almonds (optional)
linguini or spaghetti noodles
Preparation

Brown onions in butter in saucepan.
Add chilies, tomatoes and chili to pan.
Cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Serve sauce over pasta. Serves 4.
