Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center-cut pork chops
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. water
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops in frying pan with garlic.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Lightly mix together 1/4 cup butter and soft bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons onion and 1/4 cup water.
    Spoon this mixture on top of chops.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup of water.
    Pour over chops.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
