Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. mostaccioli
4 oz. green beans
1 small cucumber, sliced and halved
1 large ripe tomato, sectioned
1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1/2 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. pitted black olives, halved
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. parsley
7 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed.
Cook green beans in boiling water until crisp tender.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Cut into 2-inch lengths.
Place in large salad bowl.
Add cucumber, tomato, ham, turkey, cheese and olives.
Whisk together oil, vinegar, parsley, mustard, sugar, cayenne, paprika and garlic.
Pour over salad and toss.
Refrigerate a couple of hours and serve.
