Peach Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    3 oz. pkg. orange jello
    4 c. diced peaches
    16 graham crackers
    1 cube melted margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    12 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Boil water, cornstarch and sugar until thick.
    Add jello powder; stir and chill.
    Add peaches to mixture.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, press crust (crushed graham crackers and margarine) to bottom. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.
    Pour peach mixture over creamed mixture.
    Chill until set.
