Canadian Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients (flour and sugar); add milk and add eggs and then butter.
Whip by hand.
Let sit for 15 minutes.
In pan with little butter on medium heat, cook and flip quickly.
