Spinach Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 large onion, chopped
    10 oz. spinach, thawed and drained
    6 oz. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Place in greased 7 x 11 1/2-inch or 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
