Shanghai Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. celery, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and garlic.
    Add celery, soup and vegetables.
    Add rice and seasonings.
    Turn into a greased, 2 1/2-quart cassserole.
    Cover.
