Vodka Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vodka
3 Tbsp. hot red pepper
3 Tbsp. parsley
1 c. onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. heavy cream
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cans crushed tomatoes or plum tomatoes
Preparation

Saute onions, red pepper flakes and parsley in olive oil until onions are see through.
Then put in tomatoes and vodka.
Simmer 15 minutes, then put in heavy cream for another 5 minutes.
Make with ziti.
