Candy Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    2 beaten egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. rum
    Nestle cocoa mix
Preparation
    Combine chocolate chips, milk, butter and egg yolks.
    Cook until chocolate is melted and mixture is thick.
    Add rum; chill for 3 hours.
    Shape in balls and roll in cocoa mix.
    Keep refrigerated in covered container.
    Makes 4 dozen.
