Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, removed from casing
    2 medium onions
    2 medium green peppers
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Slice onions and separate into rings.
    Slice green peppers into strips.
    Saute sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic in an 8-quart saucepan.
    Drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low-medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
