Creole Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. Wesson oil
1 whole pod garlic
6 sticks celery
2 lb. onions
5 green bell peppers
1 pt. water
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Chop all vegetables.
Cook the ingredients for at least 2 hours and then add balance of ingredients.
