Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bell peppers
1 box Spanish rice
1 lb. hamburger or chicken (boneless and skinless)
1/2 ??? Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco mix
Preparation

Cut off tops of bell peppers; clean out inside.
Boil peppers for about 20 minutes.
Drain.
Prepare rice as directed on box. Brown hamburger or chicken and mix in taco seasoning.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Mix together rice and meat.
Stuff inside peppers and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with tops of the peppers and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
