60 Minute Rolls(Makes 30 To 40 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. melted butter
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Place lukewarm milk and yeast in a large bowl, add salt and 2 cups of the flour, beat 2 minutes.
    Add eggs and melted butter and beat 1 minute.
    Add remaining flour and mix.
    Let raise 20 minutes.
    Shape into rolls, let raise 40 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
