Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
Spoon batter into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
