Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Fold in 3
cups
carrots (finely grated by hand).
Bake in 3 well-greased
and
wax
paper lined pans approximately 30 minutes. Allow cake layers to cool completely.
