German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    6-8 bacon slices, fried crisp
    1-2 large onions
    6 hard boiled eggs
    1 c. chopped green peppers if liked
    1/2 of the bacon grease
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and dice.
    Break up bacon into bits.
    Chop onions and eggs and combine with potatoes and bacon.
    Stir flour and sugar together dry.
    Cook the bacon grease, flour and sugar mixture, salt, vinegar, and water until clear and thickened. Stir while hot into potato mixture.
