Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 10 oz. package frozen green beans
    3 1/4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    40 crushed Ritz crackers
    8 oz. processed cheese
Preparation
    Thaw and partially cook green beans, retaining 1/4 cup of liquid. Melt 3 Tbsp. butter into liquid. Add crushed crackers and stir to blend. Top green beans with mixture, melt 1/4 Tbsp. butter and add cheese, simmering until melted. Pour over beans. bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or microwave on high for 10 minutes.
