Falls' Creek Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. one-minute oatmeal
2 c. shredded wheat
2 c. all-bran cereal
1 c. boiling water
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (1 lb.) box brown sugar
4 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, wheat, bran cereal and water. Add oil, eggs, buttermilk and sugar; mix. In medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Combine flour mixture and cereal mixture. Store in refrigerator in plastic container. Use as needed. Add nuts and raisins or chocolate chips when ready to bake. Use paper liners in muffin pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
