Peppers Roquefort - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 red or green peppers
    1 c. breadcrumbs
    1 c. Roquefort or Blue cheese
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
    Remove seeds.
    Parboil in boiling water in saucepan, one minute, or in a glass baking dish in microwave 2 minutes.
    Drain well.
