Best Grilled Shrimp Ever - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh shrimp in shells
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
dash of garlic powder or halved clove of garlic
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 tsp. fresh snipped dill or 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails on (quick way to devein is to run paring knife down back
of shrimp to splay open, then pull vein out with tip of knife).
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add onion, curry, dill and garlic.
Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes over medium-low heat.
Thread shrimp on kabob skewers (these skewers stick less if sprayed with Pam first).
Brush shrimp with curry butter, using pastry brush.
Grill over hot coals 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are fully pink.
Can also be broiled under oven broiler.
Serves 2.
Recipe can be doubled or tripled easily.
Goes well with steamed or fried rice.
