Fried Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant
    flour
    water
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant into very thin slices (1/8-inch). Soak slices in salt water for 30 minutes; drain.
    Mix flour and water to a paste consistency.
    Dip each slice into flour mixture and cook in hot oil until browned lightly.
    Drain and serve hot.
