Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    4 boned chicken breasts, boiled ahead (night before if possible)
    1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.)
    1/4 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    desired herbs (optional)
    small amount chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in butter.
    Using flour, make gravy in pan with chicken broth. Combine all ingredients. Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake in casserole dish for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
