Vegetable Soup(Meatless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 lb. cabbage
    4 large potatoes
    1 green pepper
    5 vegetable bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 carrots
    1 large onion
    1/4 c. olive oil
    5 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Slice cabbage, pepper and carrots thin.
    Dice the potatoes. Chop onions and saute onions in oil.
    Add the water and all of the ingredients.
    Bring to a good boil, then simmer for 2 hours. Add a light zaprashka and simmer 15 minutes more.
    Season to your taste.
