Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetable
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. Swiss cheese (shredded)
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 jar pimentos (optional)
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, soup, cheese and 1/2 c. sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
