German Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    real thin steak
    salt and pepper
    slice of bacon
    2 slices cut up onion
    1 slice sweet pickle
    little mustard
Preparation
    Buy real thin steak.
    Lay on cutting board and beat with mallet on both sides until very thin and flexible.
    Put salt and pepper, slice of bacon, slices of onion, slice of sweet pickle and a little mustard.
    Roll up and put toothpick to hold together. Fry until golden brown on each side.
    When golden brown, take out and make gravy.
    Then put steaks back in gravy and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
