Sugar-Free Fruit Bars(Health Food) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried fruit (prunes, apples, peaches, apricots, raisins, combination thereof)
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. oat bran
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. Fructose (optional)
    1/2 c. safflower oil
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Add oil and apple juice.
    Mix well. Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 or 25 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
