Snack Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small onion, grated
pimento
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine egg, sugar and vinegar.
Cool to thickening (will have appearance of scrambled eggs).
While warm, add cream cheese, onion, pimento or red sweet pepper (optional). Mix well.
Keep well covered and refrigerated.
Makes approximately 2 cups.
