Carrot And Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. chopped carrots
    1 small can pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar to eggs and beat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
