Chocolate Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 c. nuts
3 c. sliced apples

Preparation

Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda and set aside.
With wooden spoon, mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla, nuts and chips.
Then add flour mixture and mix well.
Batter will be thick.
Fold in apples.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in tube pan.
