Ingredients

1 can beets, pour out liquid
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix cider vinegar and sugar.
Microwave for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Put beets in mason jar (or bowl) and pour mixture over beets.
Cover and refrigerate.
Will keep for weeks.
After beets are gone, put in hard-boiled peeled eggs.
Yields 4 servings. Prep time:
10 minutes.
