Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears fresh corn, cut off and scraped
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour (scant)
    1/2 c. light cream or whole milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add margarine, sugar and flour to corn; heat in heavy pot. Add cream and let heat well; then add the eggs to which the baking powder has been added. Stir well. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
