Ranch Roundups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 sweet French bread baguettes, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. assorted toppings, such as sliced pimientos, ripe olive, bell peppers, roasted red peppers or mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine salad dressing mix and mayonnaise; spread thin layer on sliced bread.
    Top each pieces with a few shreds of cheese and thinly sliced vegetables.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until crispy.
    Yields 25 appetizers.
