Chicken And Vegetable Supper Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. chicken broth (1 qt. plus 1 c.)
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 1/2 stalks celery, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. cut up, cooked chicken (1 breast)
1/4 c. sliced green onions with tops for topping
Preparation

Simmer broth and rice 10 minutes.
Add all vegetables except zucchini; simmer 10 minutes more.
