Whole Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted Crisco
6 c. flour (of this, use 1 to 2 c. whole wheat flour)
Preparation

Mix milk, sugar and salt.
Cool.
Add yeast and 1 1/2 cups flour and beat well.
Add eggs and Crisco and beat.
Add remaining flour.
Knead until smooth.
Cover, let rise until double.
Shape into rolls.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
