Great Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
3 c. water
1 can Milnot or milk
2 to 3 large strips bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 c. chopped ham
1 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cube potatoes.
Chop onion.
Crumble fried bacon.
Chop ham. Place in pot.
Add water to cover potatoes.
Cook until potatoes are starting to get soft.
Add salt, pepper, mushroom soup and milk.
Add remainder of water.
Simmer until done.
More water can be added for personal preference of consistency.
Thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 1/2 cup water.
Makes approximately 6 servings.
