Mexico Chiquto Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

64 oz. tomatoes (4 cans)
3 to 4 jalapeno peppers
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 1/2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. white vinegar
3/4 tsp. cilantro
1/2 tsp. minced onion
Preparation

Drain tomatoes.
Save 1/2 cup juice.
Blend tomatoes in blender.
Combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Let cool.
