Horseradish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. regular oats (uncooked)
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. catsup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Form beef mixture into a loaf and place in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Combine catsup, brown sugar, horseradish and mustard in a small bowl.
Spoon half of catsup mixture over top of meat loaf.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Spoon remaining catsup mixture over top of meat loaf and bake an additional 10 minutes.
