Hawaiian Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. cream
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cook sugars, pineapple, ginger and cream over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Boil to soft ball stage (236\u00b0 to 238\u00b0).
Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm.
Add butter, nuts, coconut and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Pour into 8-inch square buttered pan and mark into squares before cold.
