Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
    1 small can early peas, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped and sauteed
    1 can French fried onions
    1/4 c. chicken broth (optional)
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken and tear into small pieces.
    Reserve 1/4 cup of broth.
    In a casserole dish, mix Cheez Whiz and soup until smooth. Add rice, peas, mushrooms, onion and chicken pieces.
    Add broth to moisten.
    Mix well and top with Cheddar cheese (optional).
    Top with French fried onions.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
