Baked Fajitas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    canola oil or melted butter
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salsa
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    guacamole
Preparation
    Brush chicken with canola oil or butter and broil on each side.
    After broiling, cut chicken into strips.
    Dice green pepper and onion and saute in butter, then mix into the chicken strips. Grease the bottom of a casserole dish and layer tortillas, chicken mixture, salsa and cheese.
    Repeat layers until you run out of chicken mixture.
    Top with tortillas, then grated cheese.
