Herbed Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

1 3/4 lb. new red potatoes, scrubbed
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Cut each potato into quarters. Place in a microwave-safe 9-inch square baking dish. Combine butter, garlic, parsley, seasoned salt and paprika in a small bowl and mix well. Pour evenly over potatoes. Microwave on HIGH, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Bake in oven until golden, about 6 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
