Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box (12 oz.) raisin bran or bran flakes
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
1 qt. buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
Preparation

Blend flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Stir in cereal.
Add buttermilk, oil and eggs and blend until moistened.
Do not stir batter again!
Store in a covered non-metal bowl in refrigerator. May be stored up to six weeks.
When needed, fill lightly greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
