Cheesy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower, frozen
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, frozen
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. carrot, sliced
    2 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
    1 large can chicken broth
    1 c. celery, sliced
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook onions, celery and carrots in chicken broth until almost done.
    Add potatoes, then cauliflower, broccoli, soups and Velveeta.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
