Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Roll crackers into very fine crumbs. Beat egg whites stiff. Add the sugar. Fold in cracker crumbs with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and pinch of salt. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased pie pan and spread evenly. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
